Yeah, I didn't think it warranted that. Clearly a foul, and maybe even a hard one, but not a dirty one.
I actually think the foul the other night on Mike Williams breakaway was worse than that.
A hard foul is fine when you don't want to give up two easy points and those points actually matter, but they were down 27.
No need for an ejection from your coach though. The bench and some words after the game would have been sufficient.

Cronin might be the most insufferable person in college basketball and that’s saying A LOT.
Sat behind his bench once at Cincinnati in a non-conference game thanks to tickets from a former Seton Hall player through Assistant Savino and Cronin was absolutely embarrassing that night. He hasn’t changed.
