Probably going to take upwards of $2M. Maybe more if football schools want to poach him badly enough.

And then there's always Pitino with his unlimited funds who wouldn't think twice screwing the Hall.

#9 highest grossing venue in the world seems crazy when it only has one professional sport and that sport is the least popular/smallest capacity. i know it gets major music artists, but so do other venues.

Sports fill up dates, but concerts are the prime moneymakers, and they get loads of them 12 months a year. A lot of them seem to be international artists that are beyond mainstream.

Listen to the Jersey Jump Shot I just posted. Jerry's main guest regards the Rock.

yea i know they get a lot of k-pop. but wondering why concerts make more money? i suppose the tickets these days are crazy expensive. and if you have center stage you can fill it up more.

And I guess they sell out, if they make those world-wide lists. No need to lower the curtain.

Yes, concerts and shows are a massive part of their business and HBSE wants more. It's a big part of why they were trying to build a new arena in Philly, they get none of that under the tenant arrangement at the current building.

Another benefit to the concert / show business is that (while arrangements can vary) the arena gets paid regardless of if the show sells well - the promoter is the one taking that risk. So even if a show flops (and even if a SHU basketball game doesn't sell well), the Rock still gets theirs.
