It's a bit surreal to me that we play Duke on Tuesday. More than any other, this season has really snuck up on me.

Don't mind the officer's funeral/visitation being such a big deal. Apparently his widow is a well-known assistant principal at one of the schools in Richmond, and they had two young kids, so it's going to be a big crowd.

No, to be fair he said they were an offense he most admired and would LIKE to be similar. Stoops isnt gonna allow his offense to play that fast & have his defense rushed back out on the field unrested.
The offenses lack of identity & struggles falls alot on the head man IMO. He has 1 foot in wanting an air raid system, hiring coordinators for said system, recruiting elite skill offensive talent.......but then he is 1 foot out demanding the emphasis on inside power running, spinning the clock, no hurry-up pace tempo.
Going to buy a chromecast before Saturday so I can watch the game. Would I be able to DVR what I'm streaming? I have Uverse.

I don't think it's just one station. And maybe that's what is really unsettling to me. The whole thing has long since moved beyond remembering the man and honoring his sacrifice. You sort of have to be in this local media market to really understand exactly what has gone on, but it feels like the whole thing is seeing how many people can wrap themselves in the flag so to speak under the banner of remembering his sacrifice. It just feels like propaganda and exploitation moreso than honoring a dead man.
