Sh*t... I lost the will to reverse jinx, and all that crap last year. I can't even muster a feeble red-@ss anymore.
The fact is that South Carolina appears to be TERRIBLE this season. And yeah, we stunk it up against Ole Miss, we have the 27th best rushing attack in the country (PLEASE PLEASE run the ball all night) and their rushing defense is awful (so is there pass rush, but...)
I'm like an old widower. A UK Football widower, that just hollowly goes through the motions, but dead inside. LOL
Out of morbid curiosity, I looked up the box score from last years game against South Carolina.
I knew it was bad, but this is the first stat I saw: Brock Vandagriff for the game: 3-10 for 30 yards and 1 INT
DAMN... That is SOBERING. With stats like that, your first thought (it would seem) might be to see how the backup did. But he played the entire game. 3 completed passes for 30 yards, and the BIGGEST pass play was to the other team, and yet our coaches stayed the course. I don't think anything could make a more definitive statement about our coaching than that "nugget"
Also, the in game comments are going to, at some point tonight, roll over to page 666, so...

False, they were gifted the ball on the 5 with a ******** overrule on a kick catch interference and another drive extension by a ghost PI call.
They are playing like **** and getting bailed out.

If we stick with the run, stay away from 2nd and long, forget the stupid jet sweeps, etc. curtail all movement until the BALL IS SNAPPED, and not needlessly waste TO's, then we have a good chance to win.

I have a feeling of imminent dread. The kind only UK football can cause. I’m thinking a very sloppy, incompetent game on both sides, with it there for the taking for ANYONE who can step up and play basic, competent football for like six minutes. Which means we’re fu**ed.

Time to see what Cutter has after a sack like that. We’ve seen a few QBs in history just completely fold up after those type of plays.
