either way, he's a massive loss but wondering if this isn't a big men's game tonight anyway

On the postgame with Cohen and Popkin, Shaheen’s answer made it seem (at least to me) like Hines’ return is out of his (Holloway’s) hands. It feels to me like a concussion is the obvious answer.

I’m guessing Holloway’s comment after the Providence game (about telling the story another time) relates to how Hines got the injury, and we fans read way too much into it.

As I posted elsewhere, highly unlikely a concussion when you gave him in a loud brightly lit arena

Given that all of these players are transferring all the time, "academically ineligible " seems to be a thing of the past.

They clearly are not actually working towards a degree (most of them, no it all), but they have to at least achieve a minimum number of credits each semester in order to play. That is still true.
