No he should be gone from the team for the ugly celebration!

[HALL85]

Absolutely not. He deserves several games if not more. His apology sounded like it was written by AI.

Disgraceful hit followed by an even more disgraceful celebration. The apology sounded like it was written by the PR department and a lawyer, Should have been suspended indefinitely.

This is where we are folks. You think the athletes were spoiled before now that they are making tons of money this will continue to turn into a sh$t show. One game is ridiculous and not how any college should allow its players to act. Lincoln Reilly is Lane Kiffin II so I am not surprised.

[Halldan]

He's catching hell for one game. As he should.

My take, 3 games on the bench. Do it again and be suspended from the team.

What about the longhorn DE who after sacking the Tennessee QB pretended to piss on the field. He played the entire game and had 5 sacks.

But big-time basketball is right on big-time football's heels.

I saw that. He premeditated a celebration where he gives the opposition a golden shower charade. He decided to show it off on 4th and 29 giving Tennessee an automatic first down.
His coach gave him a 1 play suspension.

A distant 2nd.

Unless you have lived in the South or Midwest, you don’t appreciated how far distant basketball is compared to football.

The question in discussion was the level of corruption. Yes, football is exponentially bigger in the South and Midwest. 45 years of living in Georgia has clearly shown that. There's always been rampant cheating in football recruiting. But the degree of corruption in college basketball --while surely not at the depths of college football--has clearly grown significantlty since the onset of NIL and unlimited transfers.
