If she isn't slandering or defaming the business it is. If she simply states I don't support this company because of their actions, beliefs or what not she is entirely within her rights. Slandering or defaming would cause it to be illegal.

You don't have to break the law to get fired.

This isn't UL.

I’m not interested in what Hill said.

I’m interested in the response to what she said. And as this thread has made it perfectly clear: White People Stay Mad Online.

We get it. Your name is White Goodman and you're the good guy in the room. White man jokes and all, so clever and creative.

You don't hold all people to one standard. You scream racism and see whites as racist because you're projecting.

At UL you have to break it multiple times first, c'mon now!

Not at all, companies can fire you for just about anything and if ESPN chose to do so I would believe that to be their right, as much as her right to her opinion.

I just criticize those that post their opinions believing it's wrong for her to have opinion.

[laughing] what an imbecile.

My favorite redirection from the left over this issue is "it's not about the flag". Yes, it is. And police brutality born from lies. To make the leftist claim, you have to be clever with your words because the data says you're a liar. This is why there's this big push to redefine the original narrative. It didn't make sense then, it doent make sense now, so the message is being scrambled.

They are so pitiful and a lot of them have no clue.

So would calling your boss a ***** or any other profanity be protected or not?
That depends on the standards of conduct presented to you during the hiring process. If you signed and understand the standards presented and it stated profanity will not be tolerated and you could be terminated from employment for an offense it would not be protected..

I read 5 pages of this. Again. And have come to the same conclusion. Again.

Some of y’all have absolutely no clue about REAL racism. And I am too damn old to try to teach you. I will say that I’m sick and tired of folks like Ms Hill using ‘racism’ as an excuse AND a crutch.

ESPN suspended her because she will cost them coin. /thread.

I don’t think you understand what racism is or how it works in
This country. But that’s on you doggie. Not me
Sorry to school you but it is you and the left who really do not understand what racism is. You guys have used the term at every opposing view so much now that the definition of true racism no longer exist.

By law, anytime you directly call someone or refer to someone in profanity you can be fired or held accountable. Obviously, if you curse at your job you can be fired as well based on a lack professionalism and sounds judgment. Again, they would be within their right to do so.

Yeah but, they have the right to believe she is wrong which by the way, she is because, she is one of the most racist commentators on the air.

Of course they do. Which they did. And I support that right. I just find it ignorant when some here have an opinion attacking others for their opinions. Doesn't seem very logical. Nor does saying she is strictly a bad person because of her opinion.

Differing opinions will bring that opinion which I agree with.

And if you would read more than just the first you might have also found "You can say whatever you want in a private workplace, Schwartz said, but you should "assume your employer might have something to say about it." And also, "But some forms of employee speech are protected by the nation's labor laws."
That isn't free speech. With each post you set a new benchmark for stupid.

Need a cup for all those white tears?

That's the kind of simpleton you are. I'm not even white, I've got a very mixed heritage.

Are you looting and rioting? Are you destroying public property?

Didn't think so. Your double standard is condescending and bigoted.

Do you believe in Darwin's hierarchy of races too?

I love that you retort to childish levels of name calling anytime you get into an argument. It just demonstrates your overall lack of intelligence. Weren't you the anti-Diallo guy that was having a meltdown back in the spring?
Moving the goal posts? I was never anti-Diallo. I am convinced you're the dumbest poster in RR history. That isn't calling you a name, it is defining a condition.

He's calling you for moving goal post while injecting your supposed position on diallo back in spring...[laughing]

I've already had one of these Marxist misfits bring out Mitch on me[laughing]

Please tell me all about your mixed heritage. We’ll compare it to my son’s and the **** he’s already faced at 17 which includes, among other things, being pulled over and harassed by the police multiple times for the crime of driving a nice car in a nice neighborhood.

After that we can tackle structural racism, white supremacy and the history of these United States.

K? Thanks.
