It was your words. Not sure how else you can spin it.

Why do I need to grow up in your shoes? Does you having it bad mean that racism and slavery were somehow okay? How many times have you faced actual racism in the world?

Lol, sure.....okay.

Are you drinking this early in the day?

Yep I am taking the over on you being a fool. (Sorry I have to do that but I will win my bet.)

It would be real wise to stop categorizing an entire anything due to the actions of a few. (Pick a situation) That is racism or at least prejudice in it's worst form.
"It would be real wise" yea no lmao. I will continue to call it as it is. When someone says the bs some of you have its very clear the intent and history behind those words.

You have proof of that? Bogus response and you will never understand. You have just shown why no matter what is posted, as I have surmised, your eyes are closed.
Nope, Just George Zimmerman's own word about why he was following Trayvon, why he confronted him after being told not to by dispatchers, ohh and there is that 911 call and statements by Zimmerman over the past 5 years. Ohh, and that attempted auction of the Gun he uses to kill Trayvon, but you are right, there is no proof.....

And business is good....

booming!

I wonder what happens to these shoes that go unworn? Thrown away?

Give them to Domenican or Jamaican children; think they have the luxury to be concerned what flag is on them? No, they'd cherish every moment with them while you complain about nothing.
You're blinded by the lifestyle you live. Where I come from you see this bs everyday. We were all troubled kids growing up. I watched my own friends of color get taken away by cops for doing exactly what I was doing. It took years for any repercussion to come my way. You know 0000000 about any of that. Until you see this first hand you never will. You will assume every common man gets treated the same, and that would be completely wrong lol.
"It would be real wise" yea no lmao. I will continue to call it as it is. When someone says the bs some of you have its very clear the intent and history behind those words.
Could it be possible that you are pissed off alot and want to get revenge or justice for the people you see that have privilege and you do not.. and you extrapolating your situation to the whole us ... does that make you feel better , will that make it equal . What a miserable person you are choosing to be

So how often have you faced racism as a white person? Can you point to the historical enslavement and oppression of white people throughout history? How about in America? How many times have white people been oppressed in America? Enslaved? Treated differently and given less rights because of skin color? When were they owned and treated as property. I don't care where it originated, it does not change the fact that it occurred and its ramifications still impacts people of color today.

But sure, blame the black people. It's the white thing to do.

Haha I've faced racism on a personal level numerous times as a white person in this country. If you want a great example of persecution of white people, look no further than Jewish people. They are the most persecuted people on the planet and still find ways to succeed. They dont complain or try to be a victim even though they are. They just do what they need to do and because of that, they are mostly successful.

Broke: supporting a historical feminist that contributed to America's founding

Woke: a guy that wears che Guevara shirts and praises Fidel Castro thinks the flag is offensive after he claimed kneeling wasnt about the flag.

Also didnt Nike take a collaborators shoe off the shelf that celebrated civil rights in china?

Hell no lmao.

Well.. it's true.

If your side, so to speak as this isn't in actuality right vs left as you in the thread seem to think it is but right vs wrong, were actually capable of producing a solid argument to support your deeply and emotionally held beliefs, I would believe you.

In the end, your argument is juvenile... it's well, they ain't us so they just don't understand.

No, there simply isn't any evidence to support your claims.. sure, there is anecdotal evidence and the misuse of statistics to support your claim, but there is no solid argument there.

Remove yourself from what you want to be true to find what actually is true.

No, there was no proof it was unprovoked. There was proof he was attacked. However, I will concede he was following him.

Hmmmmm, seems a bit odd to claim when you have multiple posts that contain a premise and conclusion (the foundations of any argument) in this thread, but to each their own I guess......

Uh, I made STATEMENTS. Statements are not up for "argument". (English dude, learn the nuances of the language. Nah, just learn the language first.) Be Good

Honestly this back and forth is pointless. The one thing I can tell you with absolute certainty is black people as a whole will never move up in society as they are more than capable of doing until they take personal responsibility for their own life and actions and stop being victims. Using slavery as an excuse to be a victim in today's world does nothing but hold people down when there's no reason for it. Democrats LOVE it because it guarantees votes while conservatives who believe in more personal responsibility will never get much of the black vote. Waiting on a horribly run Gov't to better a group of people is pure insanity and will never actually happen. Choosing your identity as a victim does absolutely no good for anyone.

"Who is asking for you to atone? We are asking for you to admit it occurred and was an atrocity and help us create a world where it never happens again and people of color aren't treated different simply because of skin color. This country was built on slavery, everyone has benefited from it in some way. Stop acting like you haven't just because your ancestors may not have owned slaves. In some way they and you still benefited from it.

We should not have to exist in a world where we see constant reminders of the enslavement and oppression. We want it taught, not forgotten, but we do not want to see constant reminders of it in public places. Would you be okay with statues of Hitler everywhere? "

IMO opinion you were getting upset here (hate). Also, It is being taught and has not been forgotten and many here have condemned slavery but, We are trying to move beyond that and I have stated it before. It fell on deaf ears because of wanting to fan the flames.

Do you want reparations? If so, who would get it and Why? Would that actually be fair to whites living today? Do you know how I was raised and what my life was like up to now? Not every white person had it easy. Not every white person owned slaves. No blacks today were slaves. Yes there are many who experienced racial and unfair treatment but, it is going away unless we fan it. No forgetting but move beyond it.

Well, I mean George Zimmer said himself he was following him because he was a black kid in an affluent neighborhood, which he felt was suspcious. After he tried confronting Trayvon the first time, Trayvon went another direction away from Zimmerman. After the dispatcher ordered him to not follow Trayvo . He did so anyway and confronted him again, with a firearm.

So how was it not proven and how was Zimmerman provoked when he admitted to confronting Trayvon?

What evidence is there to support yours lmao? There are young BLACK MEN getting shot and killed every day and some tend to be racially invoked because of either fear or whatever it may be. That is all the evidence I need. Every week we are talking about another cop getting fired or on trial because they fatally shot an unarmed black man. What other evidence do you need??

Was it proven Trayvon attacked Zimmerman? I don't condone if you will, Stalking. However, Trayvon could have also contacted the police and told them this guy was following instead of attacking him. Unless of course the Florida police had a stand down order like the Portland police did for antifa.

No, black people will never move up as long as we are oppressed by ignorant white people who want to blame black people for their own oppression.

Who is blaming slavery? I think you will find this whole thing called segregation lasted well after slavery ended and wasn't even overturned by law until mid 60's. But again, please inform us all what it is like to be black from the white perspective. That will really teach us.

Who is waiting on the government. I think I am asking for all people to work towards a better society.

I think there is a woman somewhere that needs a white man to tell her the rigors of childbirth.

They aren't living if they can't breath, see, hear, feel or exist on it's own. Nor is it living if it doesn't have a heartbeat.
Um, what?
So that's a no on those facts?
No, a pain reflex is recorded by 13 weeks. I have already explained this to you. Go ahead and lie to yourself all you want if thats what it takes for you to justify killing babies when they can feel it.

Man you are so misguided, find something productive to do other than fight against oppression , walking around with that made up chip on your shoulder turns people off and you interpret that as racism and then you get pissed off about it and become an even bigger *******

I can refute any argument you have.. any evidence you have, but it would take time and volition on my part to actually do it, because as I stated before deeply held views are not lightly changed, no matter how much evidence.

I have the truth and it's not difficult to actually overcome these misconceptions, but it requires the willingness to think thoroughly.

For example... None of what you jsut stated is evidence supporting your claims. It is evidence that crimes occur, policing is difficult and the justice system needs improvement. To actually support your claims they necessitate serious mental gymnastics, like the claim that black police must be implicitly biased against their own race. They are racists against themselves.

In the case of say Zimmerman.. there is no evidence that all white latino neighborhood watch people are racists... There is evidence that Zimmerman was an idiot on a power trip that committed a horrible crime.

Yes, I am getting upset that a white person thinks they can educate a black person on racism, racial oppression, slavery and so forth. It is beyond ignorant. You have no experience with any of it. Your experience is delegated to reading and hearing. We all want to move past it. But you are going to have to admit a wrong with slavery, racism, oppression, segregation and their lasting impacts and work with us to fully move on.

Like financial? No! Neither do most any black people. How would that even be quantified or settle. We would literally be putting a price on human life and freedom or lack of.

No one is claiming whites had it easy or had great childhoods. You still were not segregated, targeted racially and treated like a lower class because of your skin tone. What do you not understand about that? Reminding you of it and pointing out it still exist is not fanning it.

White Jews are still white, and last time I checked you couldn't identify a Jew strictly by skin tone could you?

I already did admit it was wrong and horrible and that there is still racism today but, not on the scale being sold. You did not experience slavery either. Once again, reading comprehension is your friend.

Actually I have been treated poorly because I am white on several occasions. Admittedly not on the level of most blacks probably.
