No dpic. Separation of powers means the judicial branch cannot take away potus control over the executive branch. The powers potus has were given to him by the legislative branch and thats a fact. I'm defending due process and the rule of law, not any particular judge. I already gave you an example above of someone who was swept up in this roundup who was not a gang member and who followed the appropriate steps to seek asylum. If this is allowed to keep happening, they can disappear anyone they don't like without due process and that should concern everyone.

You’re talking apples and oranges. The only reason they were able to institute a vaccine mandate was by lying and claiming emergency use authorization. That’s unconstitutional and it was and still is untrue. Furthermore the vast majority of America was AGAINST vaccine mandates. It’s not up to a judge to impose their ideology on the populace. Now conversely you have an administration that again, broke the law and allowed millions of illegals in with no vetting. You don’t get to let them all in and then try and sort it out after the fact. That’s what you’re doing. They broke the law to be here period, full stop. They are criminals for breaking that law, full stop. The administration actively tied the hands of not only immigration services but of the people. Americans overwhelmingly support deportation of illegals and almost 100% approve of deporting illegals that have committed additional crimes since they’ve been here. That judge is going against the will of the populace.

Dem's elected representatives in the Senate, fillibustered and then voted against a bill banning men in women's sports. Not just some... a straight party line "NO" vote by ALL of them ... exept for the two who didn't vote.
