This is one of those sweet baby waves, right? Like when there is a slight breeze across the doldrums...

Indianapolis —
The Indiana Senate on Thursday voted down a plan to redraw the state’s congressional districts to produce two more GOP-friendly seats, rejecting President Donald Trump’s months-long campaign to pressure the Republican supermajority in the deep-red state to bend to his will.

The 31-19 vote saw 21 Republicans join 10 Democrats in voting down the proposed map that would have positioned the GOP, which currently holds seven of Indiana’s nine US House seats, for a sweep of all nine seats in next year’s midterm elections.
The rest of the story. Benedict Pence doing what he does. He will hopefully get what he deserves at some future point. Repubs are in good shape related to the gerrymandering battles occurring.

🚨🚨 BREAKING: The Indiana Republicans that just REJECTED the Trump-backed redistricting map were pushed by fmr. Indiana Governor Mike Pence, who has funded their campaigns for state office, to vote no on the map, effectively handing these seats to the Democrats. The Indiana GOP is completely and totally compromised and OWNED by TREASONOUS RINO AND DEMOCRAT ASSET MIKE PENCE. The fly was right. These so-called “Republicans” must be primaried and VOTED OUT OF OFFICE IMMEDIATELY!

This is a grossly stupid take. The Indiana Republicans already told you they didn't appreciate the bullying and the crude language, especially his use of the word retard. And based on the unthinkable Dem victory in Georgia on Tuesday in a district heavily gerrymandered to favor Republicans, you aren't in good shape no matter how many districts you corruptly re-draw because America hates Trump and even the Republicans are breaking rank. Can you say blue tidal wave? 🌊

No. The truth is what I stated. What you posted is the public message.

Do you have proof of that other than what this goblin told you? And what would it matter anyway? No way Pence could contribute more funds than Trump threatened to take away.

Okey dokey, Smokey. Whatever helps you avoid a reality you don’t chose to be in.

In case you were wondering why redistricting in Indiana failed: A political consultant named @camsavage, who works for Senator Todd Young, reportedly went to state senate President Rodric Bray (a total RINO) promising to finance Republicans willing to sabotage or oppose our efforts.

Countless spineless "Republicans" eagerly took the offer, obstructed the initiative, and handed a massive win to the Democrats.

This is one of the most vile, backstabbing betrayals in political history. Every traitor involved must be primaried, ousted, and purged from the Republican Party forever!

Ah the wise Oracle, catturd (amazing to me that has been trademarked). Well, bullying didn’t work this go around and dozy donald’s henchmen dumped cash into it so I’m not 100% sure what this is going to accomplish. There is another side to that coin where he winds up with even more egg on his sleepy face if this, too, doesn’t work. One can only hope…

Let’s Go! - 🇺🇸 💪🏼 🔥 🔥 🔥

Republicans won all three special elections in South Carolina, and that success belongs to the voters who showed up.

While democrats hoped low turnout would hand them a win, Republicans proved them wrong at the ballot box. They didn’t sit this one out. They showed up, voted, and protected conservative leadership across the state.

Thank you to every voter who took time away from family gatherings, travel, and holiday plans to make your voice heard. That commitment is why we win.

These results send a clear message: South Carolina Republicans show up when it matters and we’re heading into 2026 organized, energized, and stronger than ever.

More misinformation. Two of the three seats weren't even contested by a Democrat and in the contested race, the Democrat was a black man who stood no chance in that ruby red district.

In other words, you'll still get your *** handed to you in the mid-terms.

We know you libs are terrified of the MAGA King. Pucker up.

I can't speak for other liberals, but I sure as hell hope that Mango Mussolini shows up all over the place campaigning for GOP candidates. His poll numbers suggest that he will be a drag on the electoral fortunes of virtually all of them. You go, Mango! 🐘 🤡

Somebody help me to understand this.

I keep seeing these polls that say the Democrats are favored to take back the House and Senate in 2026.

But after seeing these scandals breaking in Somalia and California and pretty much every blue city, I can't for the life of me understand why anybody would vote for Democrats.

I mean this past week has been absolutely brand wrecking for them. How do you come back from this? I don't think I've heard a single Democrat condemning any of it.

one reason...most people don't have any idea this is going on and don't care. They're registered republican or democrat and that's how they vote

Good point.but I think people are becoming more informed and interested than in previous years. Lots of room for improvement no doubt though.

people don't like Trump...simple enough
I love him and his performance and I think he has done nothing to lose his support that voted for him in the 24 general election. Promises kept. I think the ones that do not like him didn't like him before either. For instance I have two brothers that do not like him at all but both voted for him due to his performance and how bad the democrat platform is.

If you saw some of this nonsense on the bingo card when you voted then you are missing some serious money opportunities.

well, in reality, democrats can't by themselves reverse DOGE cuts. Even if they have control of house and Senate they still would need a 2/3 vote to override a veto. And, admittedly I don't know the answer to this, but they might need a cloture vote, in order to even get through the senate. The part I don't know is whether reinstatement of those cuts would meet the threshold to make it into a reconcilliation bill.

Chuck You says he has bipartisan support for reversing the DOGE cuts and even increasing levels of some programs.

I'm sure he does. Some Republicans were getting kick backs from those funds/programs also. My thought has always been that there are around 5-10% of honest politicians.
