He would have fit right in in the House of Burgesses, but for the fact that he is black and the House of Burgesses dates back to 1619 Virginia. They probably would have put him to work picking tobacco. Better for him to be alive today, even if he has to live in Utah.

During the hearing, Talarico argued that biological sex is a "spectrum" rather than a strict binary. His specific explanation for the "six" biological sexes was based on different sex chromosome combinations:

- XY: Male
- X: Turner syndrome
- XXY: Klinefelter syndrome
- XYY: XYY syndrome
- XXXY: Triple X syndrome (or other rare polysomy X variations)

I think anybody who hangs their prognosis of midterm outcomes on March polls is Nuts!

Mid terms will depend on this war.
If it’s still dragging on come early fall, pubs will get destroyed.

Without context it means nothing. 28 seats out of what, 2500? How many were in purple areas? How many had been previously flipped. A lot of noise and not much signal in that data
They flipped 21% of all Republican held seats that were on the ballot. It was higher than their 2017 showing, and pubs have flipped zero (they flipped a couple in 2017.)
It’s very concerning, especially since the majority of those 119 elections were democrat held seats. Dems are breaking super majorities in Deep South states which hasn’t been done in decades.
It’s going to be a problem if dems sweep the senate and house because absolutely nothing is going to get done besides impeachment hearings for two years.
Works for me.
Getting the Senate and crapping in Cheeto's nest for Federal judicial appointments would also be a very big plus. I'd invoke the McConnell Rule and put a hold on every single one of them.
