I went to school with Dan Carder.

Not surprised he caught a company in a false claim like this. The guy is a genius. There was a prof at WVU who literally told me when we were in Grad School, "Carder already knows more than 2/3 of the 3rd floor profs." 3rd floor was where the MAE Dept is.

For 50K grant, WVU nailed VW for $8 billion. Taxpayer/charity money well spent.
Why not have the computer send out clean air on the road, and not just when it's being tested. 40 times the allowable limit!!!!

Criminal. Literally.

Never underestimate the back door lingering watch dog that may just bite you in the ***. If you cheat, you're likely to get caught... eventually.

Let's also credit Prof. Greg Thompson, a leader on the project, a good friend of mine and a former classmate at WVU. Greg and I went to MANY WVU games together, and in fact he was eight next to me when Major pulled off the run against Penn State. (What a great day that was!) He's a terrific engineer and an even better person.

I am glad to see him (and the rest of the team) get the accolades they deserve for their diligent and careful work, and I am not surprised at all to see him sharing so much of the credit with his team members.

Lgm!
