It's a neat to hear how Greg's secret sauce isn't anything incredible, but rather it's a personal approach that's less common these days. It falls in line with wanting guys who will fit the culture and love football. We're seeing the results now as well with players who want to stick around and make a run at something special this year.
The banner was flying over the beach all afternoon here in in Atlantic City (and Ventnor, Margate, and possibly Brigantine).

Does the writer have ANY self awareness? Nebraska has had 7 straight losing seasons in the B1G and 8 out 10 losing seasons. Their last 10 win season was in 2012.
Their major win since 2017 is beating Iowa once and a crappy Penn State during the COVID season.
