Tonight I will revert back to my childhood listening to Marv and Sal Red Light, by listening to the last period of the Rangers game by radio (10 pm start) in bed.

I love them both, two really great people I’ve had the pleasure to be around.
But they are awful doing the game remotely and in general with their incredible bias.

Stayed up late last night to watch the game (regretting that a bit today).
Rangers flying all over the ice. Tarasenko not very visible, but Panarin now has a spark.

I don’t know if it that he is a corporate shill. or just has similar attitudes as Gallant because he played in a similar era, but Michelletti specifically will always bring up and talk about players who are a point of contention for fans and spout nonsense that backs what Ranger management is doing (things like trying to sell how good players like Blais or Harpur are supposedly doing, ignoring egregious mistakes by guys like Goodrow or Trochek but highlighting mistakes by some of the younger players, etc).
He bothers me much more than Sam.

Bob Wischusen is doing play-by-play for the Devils game tonight on ESPN. I think most would probably recognize him as a football guy, but he actually played in an adult hockey league I used to run. Nice guy.
Hughes was 50/50 to play tonight. They held him out but he should be back for at least one of the two this weekend. Mercer with a nice goal to even it up 1-1.
I was just thinking the same thing, and had to look up his age. He's only 66. Looks ten years older.
