No to Domi

Already on his 5th team. Prob not the best locker room fella.
I think it will happen now, I am not a fan, but he is having a good offensive year. I wanted Timo. Oh well maybe Fitz can get Tomas Hertl for offense.

For plus offense players that has been bandied about, Domi is the only one left. Rico is timely but statistically average.

Hertyl is not available per SJ GM.

That’s fckin awful news.

He’s so fun to watch , an elite defenseman in every category

I really hope he fully recovers.
I hope that even if they symptoms subside they shut him down for the rest of the regular season if not the rest of the year.

They say that getting a concussion before you even fully recovered from the last one is the biggest chance of causing long term issues.

I’d think Sakic will do what’s best for him

If he stands pat the Rangers should be favored but by no means it is certain they will whip us or even beat us, we have matched up well with them all season, if anything we've taken it to them with our speed.

No idea how any Devils fan can hate this year's team like you do, it's unfathomable lol.
Every prediction he's made this year has been wrong. You know if this season results in anything less than a Stanley Cup, no matter how far they go, he's going to be patting himself on the back saying "I told you so."

Meh, the Stadium Series is overkill for me. I think one outdoor game a year--the Winter Classic--is fine. Beyond that, the novelty has worn off.

I went to the 2014 game at Yankee Stadium, despite freezing my *** off I had a blast. The atmosphere for these games can't be felt on TV.

He should definitely be an upgrade to those two but I’d still like to see McCabe or Schenn acquired in case Luke has trouble adjusting.

Makar 1-goal, 6 points in 10 games that playoffs after Umass.
The Devils have 2 very high level defense prospects, they're not trading anything significant for defensemen.

Trash hockey by NJD so far tonight

Getting toyed with by the Habs
Another slow start, we will overwhelm them by the 3rd.

My biggest problem is the Devils wearing the black "beer league" quality 3rd jerseys again. At least put the logo on it, if you are going to keep wearing them.

I wonder if ownership is a problem, with Fitz not being proactive, at least to a point. Take Lou, no noise surrounding the NYI and Horvat until he is an NYI. The Devils have been linked to Meier for at least 2 months, now they are likely out. I wonder if one of the back page loving owners is a leaker? Fitz is on the clock, but I wonder how much blame he deserves. Oh well, it still should be interesting.

Keep standing pat Fitzgerald.

Losing at home to you lowly Montreal.

What an embarrassment!!

Team is going nowhere the way it’s constructed

They don’t have a killer instinct as bdvv VV when Jack is off like tonight they lose
They have been playing well. I just think they over looked Montreal. Who the hell is this goalie? I'm starting to have freaking Damien Rhodes '98 playoffs flashbacks.

As long as Fitz does not give the Timo trade package to get Josh Anderson, I will not complain. I just want less talk and more action. To go back, the Devils had started to be linked to Horvat for a couple of weeks before Lou made him a fishstick. Oh well embarrassing game. It has been happening a lot lately in the NHL.

I gotta put you on mute again, you're the worst Devils fan I've ever seen in my life.

Your Pom Poms may prevent you from typing.

Tonight’s effort was an absolute disgrace!

The team has two MAJOR red flags.
Smith and Tatar have to be removed from the lineup.

Let’s see if Fitzgerald has the balls to try to win

Tatar has always been streaky. When he was on a career year pace earlier, that is why I wanted him traded.

Oh well TF is who he is. I thought he should have traded Johnnson to the Ducks in late August when they were millions below the floor, but TF is very deliberate.

WTF are you talking about? You're so clueless it's embarrassing. All you do it talk **** about "your" team, this has nothing to do with pom poms but everything to do with rational common sense. You got a team that is the youngest in the NHL with the third best record AND with more blue chip prospects on the way and you act like the Devils window to win the cup ends this year.

I don't know any Devils fans present that crap on their team like you do.

I also think there is a side of you that is hellbent on wrecking this thread with you boorish antics.

I want to win and I talk about the moves Fitz needs to do.

Tell it like it is

Tatar is washed up and horrible.

Habs have everyone out and they still embarrassed the Devils
Tatar is not washed up, he is on a down streak. Better tonight than in the playoffs. They took tonight off I think. They thought if they rolled the helmets out, they would win. The NHL is too good to do that, just check some recent scores.

A goalie I never even think of, stood on his head, it happens. Just start another winning streak Thursday. Hey what I cheered last night, although Hellebucke is much better, bit me tonight.

Oh in a quiet game Hughes had 2 assists.

Lindy's presser says it all, we are tired. They were lethargic in the morning skate. The Devils have been playing a lot of hockey. Rest is a weapon.

Their goalie was once the goalie of the future for Florida .

He was pretty good but Devils shot a lot of pucks into him and were careless and foolish with the puck too much.

Smith is horrendously bad out there and Tatar does nothing positive night after night

Team loss tonight, they thought they could just show up and win.

Proud, c'mon dude.

Again, Tatar leads the league in +/- for a forward. To say he does nothing positive....i'm not sure you understand the game.

Down game for the team, everyone has one. They'll bounce back Thursday i'm pretty confident.

He's been extra crazy today. We're the 3rd best team in the league with the #1 prospect pool in the league. We're in a fantastic spot.

He’s no bueno and will hurt this team if he’s allowed to play key minutes on a top 6 line
