My list

Trying to adhere to the rules and in no particular order:

Monty Python's The Life of Brian

Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang

Fierce Creatures

Honorable Mention to all sorts of movies already listed including but not limited to: The Big Lebowski, Tombstone, The Princess Bride, Goonies, The LOTR Trilogy, All the Star Wars movies (minus the mind numbing parts featuring a certain gungan with floppy ears), Anchorman, Blazing Saddles, and many more. Like Michael Bolton, I'm a major cinephile.

Big Jake= Some of John Wayne's best work

Liberty Valance was great also...throw The Searchers in as well...Hell, I like McLintock and all that movie was was a chance for them to get together on location and drink- still ended up a pretty good film

1). Slingblade
2). Crossroads (with Joe Senca and Ralph Machio, and NOT the one with Britney)

1. The Shawshank Redemption 2. Blackhawk Down 3. The Unforgiven

Tombstone would've been in but the Rabbi had stole it

The pilot who flew the first helicopter into Mogadishu for BLACK HAWK DOWN lives in West Point - cool guy.

A comedy that I love too is Dogma. Movies that were were five star but ended up being Brian Darden for me are The English Patient and There Will be Blood. Those movies grated the **** out of me, and I am a fan of a lot of Fiennes work and everything else DD Lewis does.

The Darden reference got a major laugh. Well done

I'll give it a go.

I'll give you 5

1) Hunt for Red October

2) Patriot Games

3) Gladiator

4) The Hurricane

5) Courage Under Fire

Sorry if any of these were mentioned already. I tried to do a quick glance and make sure I didn't repeat any. I'm a big Tom Clancy fan and loved his books that went movies. I'm also a big Denzel fan. The Hurricane is a very underrated movie.

1) The Longest Day
2) The Dirty Dozen
3) Anchorman
HM) Saving Silverman - this is honestly one of the most underrated comedies of this or any generation.

Saving Silverman is not very good at all. It's easy to call a bad movie underrated since it has no where to go but up. It may be a notch above Dude Where's My Car.

Most of my favorites were already mentioned. Lots of good ones on the list, but still many more I want to name.
