Nice catch. Sign into the board and dig up a divisive 7 month old thread to start your Tuesday. Very interesting.
I wish "she" had posted "oh wow" which would've been hilarious, considering the subject matter. But still, seeing a first post in a thread about being stoned with only "wow" had me chuckling to start the day.

One imagines "her" taking that first bong hit of the day, visiting the RUFB forum from a link on twitter, scanning the threads and seeing this one, and being totally mind-blown.

Or... it could've been "she's" all full of self-righteous indignation that a family forum such as this one would openly discuss such a sinful topic, and that so many sinners admit to their sins.

Either way, it's entertaining, right? 😃

Any thoughts on how to best sell an ounce? I bought it two years ago but after finally smoking a bit again (after 35 years) I don't like it as much. I don't do a good job of controlling how much when I do smoke and get way too stoned.
I've tried gummies but they are WAY over the top for me. What a shame. I used to love being high in my 20's.

Anywho. I have plenty around if and when I want to smoke but I mind as well move that ounce and get my $300 back. Thoughts? (no, I'm not posting it on my or my town's facebook or marketplace lol).
You understand you are not a regulated business and you are asking about selling a felonious (over 28g) amount in a public forum? Anyway, 2 year old flower ain’t worth what it was when you paid for it - it isn’t wine. It’s been used, dried up, not vacuum sealed… Just give it away or toss it - it’s not an investment.

I read that old weed eventually becomes moldy, and that the mold can be hard to spot. And that it's not particularly healthy to be smoking.

I think if weed is two years old, tossing it is maybe wiser than giving/selling it to someone else. Don't want to go to prison for manslaughter because someone w/an extreme sensitivity to mold smokes some old moldy weed.

But I'm just relaying stuff I read, have no personal knowledge or expertise here. So maybe check w/an expert.

I'm not sure that 2 year old weed would be worth anything. Find a good brownie recipe and do some baking, maybe.

As a non-pot user, I love seeing the geezers get the vapors over legal pot. Society has not collapsed in places where it's been legal for years. Meanwhile, people used to drink themselves and others to death all the time, and still do.
All of which has nothing to do with the fact driving under the influence impairs your driving abilities.
I couldn’t give two shites about its legalization.

I wonder how legal weed correlates with body shop activity in comparison with an ice storm

Had a friend that owned a body shop and ice was a big increase for business

So you guys are saying I have to re-up my game to keep up with all the free home grown being tossed my way these days from everyone I know?
Somebody gave me a stick of buds last Christmas that was so big it barely fit into the paper towel tube they wrapped it in. I gave half that away and still have some. (along with 3-4 other little bottles full of various growth experiments) .

There is absolutely no need to ever pay for it out my way. Folks I knew have large mason jars full of buds. One of those would last me a decade.

Driving under the influence of cough medicine can also impair your ability to drive. It's just silly to hear people always bringing that up in regards to pot as if we've ever had legions of stoners crashing cars.

My guys are not permitted to smoke during work. On my farm sure go right ahead, just don't drive the front loader into the shop or a fence. But job sites now, holy sh*t. New houses and renovations are being fumigated daily with marijuana.

..my wife got in a car accident (deer rammed the side door) and talking with autobody shop..I asked him the lot looks pretty full with cars you must be busy. He said the past year has been his busiest even prepandemic, and he noted every autobody shop is; unintended conseq1uence of legalizing weed. I then asked what percent do you think is attributed to it, he says the interior aroma test 20%
Lol @ the people who think people didn’t smoke weed before it was officially legalized

That’s an amazing, ridiculous response.
Weed impairs driving, do you dispute that?
If no one ever drove again high and no accidents ever occurred for the remainder of man kind…it wouldn’t change the fact

I have a friend in the Stockton, NJ area who has a rather large business and he tells me a very famous employee from Cook College is quite the grower.

I have a good friend who runs a pretty high-end grow op. The guy's a wizard. My niece's best friend is a manager at one of the dispensaries. Between the two of them, I'm constantly being handed stuff. Life is good.

I'm 10 mins from there. Some people from Stockton are actually in my township. But since I have access to every registered voter in town I only know of 1 "famous" person and he's not in Stockton or went to Cook. Hummmmm.?

What point?
You said people drive on cough syrup, is that the point? I never said a word about the collapse of civilization

Well he lives in Stockton, his business is in Ringoes, not sure where the Cook legend lives, but come to think of it, it may actually be the Cook legends son that is the grower.

A dispensary is opening up in Flemington next year but it's medical only for now from what I understand.
