The level of fukktardedness on this board never ceases to amaze me. Yeah arsonists love going into the most remote locations on the planet to set fires all at the same time. Idiots. Just once try reading and learning at least a tiny bit before posting.
As I posted a month or so ago, the Instant Weather Ontario group put together a great video, clearly demonstrating that a series of t-storms with lightning strikes occurred in eastern Canada, followed soon after that by small visible fires, followed a little later by the huge fires we see now, driven by high winds, dry conditions and dry fuels. Not unusual at all, especially in remote areas, where it would be unbelievable to think they all would've been started by humans at around the same time.
