Link? I am not seeing anything on Minter's injury.Heard Minter has torn triceps. Looks like out for year ! Tough blow !
Unfortunately bullpen was due for an implosion.
Terrible time however for it to occur !

Never did it for the Mets, but have done it for a Rutgers game at West Point.I was just asking someone about that the other day. Thanks for posting.
He has a way…and I like it too. Not just this instance but there have been other things too.Mendoza on the game-ending error:
"We didn't make a play. Routine play, and we didn't make it."
Uncharacteristically blunt for him, IMO. I like it.

It’s ok. It’s the Mets. The amputation report is not far behind. My bad !
Looks like I was provided with misinformation!
Glad it’s only a Reported Lat Strain and not torn triceps injury !
My apologies!
All 30 of these guys are better than Nimmo...Acuna graduated off the list and was replaced by Will Watson at #29. He was a 2024 7th round draftee and has started off well with a 1.62 E.R.A at this point over 4 games and 17 innings.
A.J. Ewing and Marco Vargas were both promoted after the game so they'll be going to Brooklyn.
Tong insane K numbers in 4 innings. Santucci has been awful.

Yes but do they run to first base on a walkAll 30 of these guys are better than Nimmo...
I assume you are using hyperbole to make a point. At least I hope so.All 30 of these guys are better than Nimmo...
I never thought he is suited for center. Adequate in left and right.McNeil playing CF today. I'll have to pay particular attention to how he does out there.
This post aged like fine milk. All 30 of these guys are better than Nimmo...
This hasn't aged well. 4 for 5, 2 HR's and 9 RBI's today.All 30 of these guys are better than Nimmo...
Not just the last. The only other.Last Met with 9 RBI in a game……Carlos Delgado?
It didn’t age well but let’s be honest- we had all been thinking the same thing. This hasn't aged well. 4 for 5, 2 HR's and 9 RBI's today.![]()
Just tuned in at 15-1. It's now 15-2. Keep Diaz off the mound! Please don’t blow this 6-0 lead
Easy Frank Z- just got an 4 insurance runs. Nimmo coming up!!! 19-5
The role of Mets major regret has now fallen to Pete Crow-Armstrong.In other news Jarred Kelenic, the guy who was to be the one who got away, and the Mets major regret, was optioned to AAA by the Atlanta Braves.
And Baez actually did what we hoped we traded for that year...kick in the *** and double edged sword. Would have been really bad if we ended up with the bum but watching PCA just sticks thereThe role of Mets major regret has now fallen to Pete Crow-Armstrong.
Or Lindor getting hit by a pitch twice in one inning.Which was the more noteworthy event today. Brandon Nimmo's 9 RBI, or Jose Urena giving up a 5 run inning and still getting a save?
