It's plausible though. I've seen articles that referred to said kind of stuff, not specifically collusion against Michigan like this AP article mentions but the fact that some coaches aren't so eager to say much or be aggressive about it because they do similar stuff too.Is this mystery man Eric Murdock?

Who knows what goes on until the light is shined on you. I don't think any of us know really. If you go after others, you better be sure you're pristine because if not then something could surface on you.
Chris ash will be revealed as the mystery man. We will get the death penalty because of the competitive advantage coach ash derived from this cheating. Michigan will walk away as the aggrieved victim and without penalty.
I knew the 8 wins in 4 years must've involved some foul play. How else could a team beat Howard, New Mexico, Morgan State, Illinois, Purdue, Maryland, Texas State AND Umass?!?!?

The NCAA has revealed its findings in the Michigan sign-stealing investigation to the Big Ten, and the conference continues to consider a multi-game suspension of head coach Jim Harbaugh as the school gears up for legal action, sources tell Yahoo Sports.
The NCAA’s findings do not connect the in-person scouting and recording of opponents’ sidelines to Harbaugh, sources say, an absence of evidence essential to a potential lawsuit from the school and coach against the league.
Over the weekend, the school was given a period of several days in which to mount a response to the conference before penalties, if any, are levied, sources with knowledge of the discussions say. A resolution around the issue is expected by the end of this week and as soon as Wednesday.

Given Larry Nassar at MSU, the OSU wrestling abuse scandal and Michigan having the guy recently looking at child porn as well as a coverup during the Schembechler years and a player dying after a workout at Maryland going to say not even close lol
When you think about it, with the UM staffer who just got fired for trying to meet up with a 13 year old girl, this is not even the biggest scandal to hit the B1G this month let alone ever.
While what Stalions did was wrong and against the rules.. I would think he was pretty effective.
I'd trust a vacuum cleaner rebuilt by him and I think he should be hired for something, somewhere. Effectiveness should be a sought-after commodity. Just point him in the right direction and keep him going that way.

Oh, the other people are doing it defense. Two wrongs don't make a right. You got caught red-handed, Michigan. Pay the price. Deal with others later. There is no possible way Rutgers could have cheated this way, and if we did, we sucked at it and Rutgers can throw itself at the mercy of the the league disciplinarians.

Sure but whatever they give out to Michigan they will have to do to anyone else too. Who knows what can of worms will be opened from it.
It is essentially the same thing in a roundabout way with the in person scouting being coaches of other teams and even electronic recording might be sharing films of your game with others. You can use your footage for yourself and exchange with upcoming opponents but don’t know if you can give it to others decipher stuff and create a sort of database. Thats from the NCAA perspective but from the sportsmanship clause they’re trying to use to get Michigan, the collusion might be enough. I read the sportsmanship clause is kind of opaque and gives a wide berth for interpretation.

ESPN reporting B1G may suspend Harbaugh as early as tomorrow for a minimum of 2 games and 10K fine. Anything more than that needs to be approved by the executive board.

If the Big Ten suspends Harbaugh, Michigan likely would seek an injunction or a temporary restraining order. If granted by a judge, the Big Ten's discipline could be put on hold for a specified period.Feldman thinks Michigan would have an uphill battle in court. Injunctions and temporary restraining orders aren't handed out very often, and courts generally don't want to interfere in the ability of a governing body -- in this case, the Big Ten -- to discipline its own members.
"The schools have agreed to these rules and have agreed to give disciplinary powers to the commissioner," he said. "Now, that doesn't mean that they can't win the case. They'd have to show that [the Big Ten has] failed to follow the procedures they agreed to. You might be able to argue that they failed to defer to the NCAA in this particular case."
According to Feldman, Michigan would have to establish that a suspension for Harbaugh would cause "irreparable harm" if the injunction or temporary restraining order isn't granted. Given the proximity to the Big Ten championship game and the College Football Playoff, Michigan might have an easier time convincing a judge of Harbaugh's value on the sideline.
Michigan also could point to a lack of evidence from the NCAA, especially connecting Harbaugh to what Stalions allegedly was doing. The Big Ten could counter by stating it had to act immediately, as the alleged violations impacted the current season.

But the coach told Clawson that he’d actually called the NCAA in 2014 after he got a call from someone he didn’t know; he was trying to give him Wake Forests’ game plans right before they played. It all seemed very fishy and really suspicious, the coach told Clawson.
Did the NCAA ever get ahold of you?” he asked Clawson.
“Yeah,” Clawson replied, slowly. “Three years later.”
