Haven’t used them yet but have heard good things from people that have. I don’t they are everywhere in the US as they are a European company. We rent a lot when we’re down in Sacramento and they don’t have a spot there but will likely use them next time we fly into an airport where they have a location.Renting a car in FL and they came up as the cheapest option by far, what's the catch?

Same exact thing happened to me with them in Orlando but with a cracked windshield and a nail in the tire. This is great advice and take pictures of any damages since it'll have a time stamp for you to prove you're not at fault for previous damage.Take pictures of the car before you leave the lot. Sixt tried pinning some scratches on me but the time stamped pictures proved otherwise.
We've always done this and it has helped resolve issues a couple of times over the years.Take pictures of the car before you leave the lot. Sixt tried pinning some scratches on me but the time stamped pictures proved otherwise.
I've rented from them around 10 times, never had an issue. Always been much better than Hertz, Enterprise, Budget, etcRenting a car in FL and they came up as the cheapest option by far, what's the catch?

I need to give that a try.I’ve used Turo the last two times I needed a rental and I don’t think I’ll be going back to traditional renting at this point.

Never had a problem with Alamo. Have had cars with dings in it and never took pictures, and simply told the attendant the dings were there. Alamo is very underrated. Never had a bad experience or car with them. This goes for all car rental companies.

Worst rental experience ever for me in California. First, rental office was off site, second, had to wait an hour while they prepped the car, third, lots of damage on the car that they didn’t wash when they prepped it. Not worth the hundred bucks of savings. I love National because I can chose any car and I usually get a better car than I pay for…join the Emerald club for free…Renting a car in FL and they came up as the cheapest option by far, what's the catch?
