Man every time I've looked at buying any kind of coin over the past few years it shoots up and I think, "it's too high to buy at these levels". I probably could've retired by now.
But with my luck I know when I do finally pull the trigger it'll all come crashing down.
I’m always curious how much $$ people invest in the Altcoins. Even buying BTC is a risk but seems like a more common investment

I think it’s like anything else, different sizes for different people. It’s clearly as far down the risk curve as one can go

These are just pump and dump scams…no different than Roaring Kitty….GME is still the same POS company it was before he started pumping.

The 3 most bullish words a person can utter "I missed it".

I'd dip a toe, if it tanks you can add.

Not saying you're wrong, but if BTC is a scam it's the longest con in the world.

If you took blockchain tech and the software side of BTC away it would be a total scam. That alone gives it some legitimacy. Fact is humans are opportunistic and greedy. And many time clueless - some guy I know was talking up BTC and I mentioned a few miners I thought were interesting. The moron looked at me like I was crazy - had no idea and couldn’t comprehend how BTC gets “mined”. But yet he’s buying…

Elections have consequences. :)
Go TSLA and BTC!
Consequences for who? It will definitely have consequences for anyone who gets run over by an autonomous car that isn’t ready for prime time. As long as that person isn’t someone you live or care about…

Just remember that even though some regulations are cumbersome and definitively excessive, there are a lot of regulations out there to protect people.

At least we know why the stock was up on Friday when the Nasdaq was down almost 3%. How many house members bought the stock on Friday?

Sad but likely true. Conflicts and corruption may redefine politics the next 4 years. All this nonsense used to occur behind the scenes now it’s on full display.

Most regs are garbage and can be eliminated. But yes, some are positive and helpful. The gov'ment routinely takes a good concept but goes too far and bastardizes it. Seen this in NJ countless times.

FSD is not the local box turtle zoning ordinance. Not to mention the market is basically just Tesla owners - correct?

Tesla, Volvo, BMW, Waymo and Cruise are at level 3. GM, Audi, Ford, Lincoln, Kia, Hyundai, and Mercedes are in development.

Full autonomous driving was already on track for approval in Texas and California in 2025.

Agreed, it’s terrible they let one of the richest people in the world be the biggest donor to the campaign when his company could clearly benefit from preferential treatment. But hey, we survived those 4 years after Zuckerberg did it, so I’m hopeful we will survive these too.

OK @T2Kplus20 @Rutgers Chris @RU-05 I'm biting the bullet and jumping into BONK & SOL. What app do you guys use? I see Crypto.com, Kraken, and CoinBase recommended a lot. But some people complain about fees and/or inability to liquidate their positions with some of them.
Coinbase is the easiest and best for starting out imo. Upside is relative safety, downside is they are holding your crypto.

I use Phantom. Its somewhat complicated to get started but then you’re holding your own money and have access to more options for buying, staking, storing, etc

+1
Use Coinbase. If you want to take the next step with custody, Coinbase does have a wallet feature.

I use COIN.
