Got back in recently. Moderately sized position. Will look to add tomorrow if it cools off a little.

That chart now looking good.
I got stopped out of it a while back. Happy to jump back in once the coast is clear, which may have just happened. They had a rough year after the surprise CEO change.

I'd have to look to see exactly when the new CEO took over, but SNOW had been in freefall mode well before he took over.

I'm guessing he is well in the green after this move. Edit: The stock tanked after a bad earnings call and the announcement of Slootman stepping down, the stock settled on the news right about where it is right now. I think Ramaswamy should be graded on where it settled, not where it was on the announcment of Slootman stepping down, so down for much of his tenure until today which gets him back to even.

Banana….code…people will buy anything and is a sad commentary on society. The buyer doesn’t even get the banana. He gets the right to recreate the banana with duct tape. That money should be donated to a cancer research hospital.
Best way to launder money. Here is your banana wink wink.😜

Explain like I'm five?
In your Coinbase account, deposit as much cash as you wish. To the right of your cash amount are 3 little dots. Click on them and then hit "convert to USDC". There are no gas fees (commission) for the transaction. You'll then get a monthly deposit of USDC tokens at 4.7% APR in the first 9 business days of the following month. Convert back to cash whenever you want the same way you converted cash to USDC. Simple. Capice?

Transferring back and forth from USDC and cash is free and instant. Great feature with COIN!

One more fun one I’ll give you guys to play since it’s newly listed on Coinbase. As Bitcoin continues to run, many other coins are bleeding (aside from Bonk). This should flip over the next few weeks and alts/memes should run.

$wif (dogwifhat) was neck and neck with bonk most of the year for the #1 Solana coin. It’s 33% off its high. Coming up on its one year anniversary and there is $500k or so sitting in a fund to get it advertised on the Sphere in Vegas if they can get it approved. Lot of attention will rotate back into it.
Quit putting these crappy ideas in my head.

Thoughts on the numerous DOGE coins out there? My aunt actually asked me about DOGE last week. I said it's crap but will probably keep going up. But when I looked it up I see numerous DOGE coins, including an actual Dept of Gov't Efficiency coin, which kind of peaks my interest.

While I don’t disagree with the premise, I do disagree with the timing. I think this ends poorly for them

My son started a crypto club at school a few weeks ago and he and his buddy already created their own coin. This industry is a joke. What could possibly go wrong…?

Pretty sure this is a new development.

But WOLF is now showing trough rev's in 2025(1st qtr was just reported), where as previously 2024 was the trough. 30ish% rev growth expected yoy into 2026, and then 70% growth into 2027.

Expected to be cash flow positive in 2026. And EPS positive in 2027.

But it's been bleeding money this past year, and Q2 is expected to be more of the same.

Would love to see a raise.....so I can buy after the dilution.

Doubled my DEFTF. Still a small position.

Added to FCX, it's been a dud, but it's at the bottom end of an upward trending channel.

Added to META, wasn't a big position, now it kind of is, also looks to be on the bottom end of an upward channel.

Thinking about GOOGL which is down big on break up news. This one is already a big position.

Still got some money to work with.

You’ve been saying the same thing since Bitcoin was 10k. Anyone can launch a coin, they’ll be ok
A banana with duct tape just sold for $6M that was $150K a few years ago. What’s your point? I’m not anti-BTC. If folks can make money that’s great. But there are plenty of stocks like Carvana that were better bets than BTC this year.

When you have a few Whales and powerful/rich people and politicians pumping up a fake coin that is nothing more than software code of course it’s going to rip higher. Most people don’t believe in it. Most people don’t understand it. Most people don’t care about understanding it as long as they can make money. And making money is why I’m not anti-BTC. Although I’m up about 80% on stocks like BROS and Zillow in a few months which I believe is basically double BTC returns. Greed is good = buy BTC

Most people couldn’t explain how a nvidia chip works. They just care about making money on the stock. It’s all the same has been the point all along

Not true at all - NVIDIA is a company that exists with a CEO, thousands of employees, products, customer service, SEC filings, office buildings. BTC is….code? The only point I missed early on was that this is just a money making scheme no different than penny stocks that go to the moon. And I’ve bought penny stocks before that didn’t have Trump support so…

That’s not explaining how a nvidia chip works.

What I actually said was:

“Most people don’t believe in it. Most people don’t understand it. Most people don’t care about understanding it as long as they can make money.”

But on that note, ask 10 random people at work or family members what BTC is and you will hear some of the most ridiculous answers.

Bonk is just a form of penny stock. They all are.

Why does anyone need to know how Bitcoin works? You always come up with these odd hurdles for things to clear. Your Bitcoin takes have been awful for years now. You laughed at 100k Bitcoin for years and yet here we are. You seem to think you have an understanding of the market for Bitcoin, respectfully you don’t. 20 days ago I said it would hit 100-150k within a year. You said that prediction wouldn’t age well and it could only happen if massive amounts of money were pulled from equities and gold. It’s taken all of three weeks for that take to age well and equities and gold seem to be just fine.

We are “here” because the crypto industry backed by some of the richest people in the world convinced (likely paid off) politicians and our president to push their crypto agenda. If I knew this was going to happen I would have had a different POV.
