Hope all of you own some NVDA and AVGO. These are life changing stocks and they aren’t done. Not for a while yet.
Both are historic stocks. Happy to own both in my custom stock basket. More importantly, my 2 biggest growth funds in our retirement accounts have been heavily overweighted NVDA for the past 6-7 years. Life changing returns!

BMNR down another 20%.

Tom Lee on CNBC now talking the company/stock.

As it turns out there are 60 million shares out there that are not yet registered, so 66mil stocks outstanding, not 6 mil. So a $3-4ish Bil market cap, not $300 mil.

Faber grilling Lee a little regarding Market cap vs amount of Ethe/crypto holdings. Market cap being 10x holdings.

Not sure what that even means. Doesn't the number of shares need to be public?

There was a recent "private placement" of shares which are not yet registered as part of the "shares outstanding".

I admit I'm only in this (at the moment) as a momentum trade, but me thinking it was a $300 mil market cap definitely played into my thought process.

The info was there though, I just didn't understand the process. Learning lesson.

I'm still up on the overall trade, but I could really use a bounce here.

Edit: The real problem with the private placement is they were issued at around $5 per share(at the time this made sense as the price of the stock was around there) and the proceeds of that would be used to purchase Ethereum. Well that's only $300 mil of Ethereum, but the market cap shot up to, at one point to around $10B. The math doesn't add up(and this is what Faber was trying to illustrate).

I'm interested to hear what Tom Lee has to say. I'll look for that video later today. As of now, I'm holding. I assume yesterday's big drop was due to this.

I just sold as the price is now below my original purchase price. I could see this bouncing, but I could see this back at $10 too.

I made money on the sum of 2 trades so I'll take my profit and get out.

Yeah, I'm tapping out as well. Never a good idea to hold a position when you don't understand what is going on. LOL!

LUV popping along with Delta, 5 year chart really looks like a turn around is on. Looking for a bit of a pull back, think I'll hop in.

I have a lot of position in stocks with this similar chart turnaround.

MRNA(some Vax approval news today) being another, though it's turnaround is more on the YTD chart as opposed to the long term chart like LUV's.

NVDA is my biggest FOMO trade ever... wanted to buy around $90 a while back, never did and now it's cranked to 165. Too late, or would you buy in here?

Took a quick look at SOUN.

It's expensive on price to rev's. 50x.

By comparison BBAI is 13x.

More expensive for a reason? Better growth 30% vs 10% expected, with better coverage by analysts. But 50x rev's is pricey.

It has ripped of late, but it was stuck in a range for a year prior that.

I own it.

I'm sure there will be pullback, but NVDA is heading to $5T (so $210'ish). When in doubt, start small and add via dips.

Evercore's Mahany.

DHQ's

Dislocated high quality.

Not a new idea I guess, just a new wrapper.

"I want to buy "high" low".

Bought some NEE. $74.50. Resistance right here at $75, I think it will break through(if not real soon, then pretty soon). Will buy more if it does.

Bought CSCO too. It's at post Internet bubble highs. ATH was $80. The 15 year chart looks great, even if it's "only" a 4x over that span.

SOUN is in a great position to explode with the AI wave. Expensive on price to rev but seems to be well worth it long term…

Any reason for this? Cybers and software ended the day down quite a bit. Probably just market noise. All major indexes in the green.

I see some insider selling from PANW but I'm guessing rotation is the big driver.

PANW, CRWD, and SNOW are all pretty big positions for me. Big drags today. PANW down 6%.

PANW has not been great the past year trying to break through $200. Think it will do well when it does.

I'm going to add a little to both PANW and CRWD .

I own both CRWD and PANW (and yes, the later has been rather weak, but still confident about its future).

In other news:
BTC = 0.116M

I still don’t understand the point of buying these companies that buy crypto like MSTR, BMNR at a high premium to the underlying crypto itself. Just buy the crypto directly without the premium. They do however make great trading vehicles.
+1
Never got in MSTR. BMNR is interesting since it is the first ETH-based company, but at the end of the day, I don't really understand the mechanics so it's best for me to watch and wait.

I've been buying SOL futures over the past few or so. Up nicely as of now.

@Rutgers Chris
Any thoughts on SSK? REX SOL Staking ETF. I'm not sure what this exactly is. I don't think it is a spot SOL ETF with shaking payouts. Maybe something with futures?
Looks a little sketch to me. I don’t buy a Solana etf since I’m comfortable holding/staking myself, but I’d wait for a more traditional product if that was something I was interested in

I own a little SOL. Been a dud since I bought it.

I'll check into MIST.

Have you seen WOLF the last week or so? Kind of crazy to still be talking about it, but it's on a heater.
Little sol update for you- it’s continues to be the most used chain, but a big part of that has been memecoins traded on pump.fun. They’ve collected and cashed out (via selling sol) close to $700M in fees this year. That sell pressure has hurt.

Well, Solana natives decided to launch a competitor a few months ago via bonk.fun. Bonk officially took the lead this past week. They take fees to buy and burn bonk, leaving the money in the ecosystem. Bonk is pumping as result.

Similar thing happening on eth with the Eth Foundation selling every time it pumps.

BTC almost touching 0.119M!
Loving SOL’s price action as the big dog runs. Lots of chatter about BONK. It’s hot right now.
