I wish you guys luck. FB is a great guy and recruiter. But two quick points.
1. I don't understand the phrase we just owned your whole freaking state. If this is in reference to SU getting next years #1 high school player from NJ I say: Congratulations!!!!! You've taken the first step. However, you do realize that for the past three years RU has picked up NY state's #1 high school recruit? You guys have a lot of catching up to do.
2. I really hate to be "that guy" but I need to in this case. We're all aware that Syracuse has one of the top Schools of Communication in the country. Seeing the number of spelling and grammatical errors, improper use of contractions and horrific sentence structure I would suggest that if you're a grad of that program demand a refund on your tuition. You were even able to botch "LOL" at the end.
Hopefully all of these mistakes can be chalked up to too much egg nog.

You know this board doesn’t even think about Syracuse at all until the little orange men came around. You may think we care if you get a few NJ recruits but we only got about 3-5 NJ recruits the last two year. If you guys don’t come over to our board, we never think about your program. We are not in the same conference and I don’t think we plan on playing Cuse in the near future. Why did you guys come over here, bragging about a few recruits?

and a lot of work needed to fix the program that might be too much for his coaching ability because he was put in a position he really isn't qualified to hold.
Being a great recruiter is a great asset when hiring a Head Coach, but ot should be one of the main points, not the only reason with the hope the recruits overcome the lack of leadership shown in the resume of the new HC.

Actually not as much: the quality of NJ recruits over the last few years has dropped off, which is why some of the big name schools are as prevalent as before.
After watching that thrashing, Cuse is a much bigger rebuild than I thought. Fran seems like a great guy and all but these kids really need to be coached up.
They really do. The biggest thing so far is scrapping Babers' crap S&C program and bringing in 2 REAL S&C coaches and rooting out his loosey goosey "atmosphere." His teams were so undisciplined and injury prone. Except for 2018 it was the same story every single year. Fast starts and then 4-5 games in the starting units were the walking wounded. By game 7-8 there were 2nd-3rd stringers all over the field. The guy was lucky to win 1-2 games in the second half of every season.

I don't know about disciplinarian, per se but he is preaching accountability about daily/ the penalties under Babers being unacceptable. Dino was in the 100s as far as penalties every stinking year, some years dead last.
