If SHU had a say in U Conn playing at the PRU Center and they allowed it I think it was a huge mistake. Hurley already took Sanogo away from SHU when they thought they had him coming to SHU. Hurley also got Corey Floyd Jr. from New Jersey this year. I said a few years ago that SHU should never have allowed U Conn into the Big East. I think they will certainly realize over time that this will haunt them.

UConn is being a bad Big East citizen by playing in SHU's backyard. No doubt they tried MSG first but were rebuffed. Someone at the Pru should lose their job over this.
If UConn fans gobble up tickets that person at Prudential Center will get promoted

I have never worked for any state or local gov't. I haven't lived in NJ in over 20 years. Even so, I'm careful not to do anything to piss of Cody in Essex County. Pru turns down a lot of concerts. They could have easily walked away from UConn.
Is it possible within five years, their football team may average as many fans as basketball ( including Hartford Civic Center)?
