For the community service make them pick up all that crap people throw on the sides of highways.
Weekends in jail with work release each day to do exactly that for the summer.
They were all minors too so they all should be charged for that and their licenses revoked too. Drunk driver also applies to boating.

If they are minors punish their likely worthless parents. Lack of “give-a-fuckness” is an epidemic and the parents are to blame. I’m continually shocked…though less so nowadays at what little crap people give. God forbid they get their POS civic or crappy accord dirty, but they gladly and happily trash without giving it a thought.

That’s not fair to Watergate. I believe in some versions of history now Watergate was an example of well-intentioned patriots working to save America from the radical left. It’s a shame that these heroes were vilified by a Congressional witch-hunt.
