Mom....oops I mean UPS always liked you best.Back in the day I beat all you guys (@Knight Shift, @knightfan7, @koleszar).
I even had the photo evidence of a very sweaty UPS driver handing over the tickets.
I remember his reaction to why I wanted to take his picture: “You want to do what for what?!! LOL”
Why do some people complain about what other posters may do before they do it?I bet people on this board will complain they received them too early now!![]()
Howell mail sucks, I'm pretty sure I always came in last. It seems most of my stuff goes through a transfer station in Guam. It once took well over two weeks for a check to reach Pittsburgh. Nobody knew where it was and it was my insurance check for the business for the year.Back in the day I beat all you guys (@Knight Shift, @knightfan7, @koleszar).

lolI got printed tickets ... should be here any day now.

yeah, you got a legitimate complaint! Why do some people complain about what other posters may do before they do it?
What's the deal with that?
For anything important, I don't trust the mail. I've had important documents (and even Rutgers tix) that I either never received or the person I mailed never received. I'll use UPS or FedEx for important stuff even if it costs me more. Its a shame to not trust our national mail service.
Yeah, I think it'll actually be FedEx.doesn't Rutgers send the paper tickets via FedEx anymore? they always used to come that way,,
I got printed tickets ... should be here any day now.

Do they look nice or just generic?lol
likewise for me
I prefer printed tickets and parking passes, since I get them for 4 couples, including myself.....and then those other couples sometimes gives them to a family member or friend if they can't make it...... if there is trading or what not going on, I think it is the easiest path.
I didn't even know that was an option. I like to hold onto way too many pictures, tickets, etc. for sentimental reasons so I would've liked to toss those in an old shoebox to look back on one day lol.I got printed tickets ... should be here any day now.

It has gone both ways over the years, I haven’t gotten this year yetDo they look nice or just generic?
You have to order the printed tickets early onI didn't even know that was an option. I like to hold onto way too many pictures, tickets, etc. for sentimental reasons so I would've liked to toss those in an old shoebox to look back on one day lol.
Maybe next season.
I've been getting the mobile tix. When I used to get the paper tickets, I'd send out the tickets to my buddies in my ticket group. Twice the US mail never got to a couple of them and I had to call the ticket office to cancel those tickets and reissue new ones. No problems since I've gone mobile.doesn't Rutgers send the paper tickets via FedEx anymore? they always used to come that way,,
mobile is great! I have mine...looking forward to Aug 29I've been getting the mobile tix. When I used to get the paper tickets, I'd send out the tickets to my buddies in my ticket group. I think they were generic last year. It cost $50.Do they look nice or just generic?
Must specify that at time of order, additional charge alsodoesn't Rutgers send the paper tickets via FedEx anymore? they always used to come that way,,
Why do some people always complain about the refs screwing Rutgers but neverWhy do some people complain about what other posters may do before they do it?
What's the deal with that?
Who said we never see the refs screw other teams? Why do some people always complain about the refs screwing Rutgers but never
see the refs screwing the opposing team?
Are they? Why would they be?Well, some people are "always the victim."
Was @Section124 complaining? Looks like it was betting or wagering. This is not complaining. It's prognosticating. Why do some people complain about what other posters may do before they do it?

Was @Section124 complaining? Looks like it was betting or wagering. This is not complaining. It's prognosticating.
And you are not complaining either. You are questioning.
That raises two questions.
Why do some people bet/wager on what other posters may do?
Why do some people question when others post about betting or wagering what others may do?
Right there with ya! For some, change is hard to accept. I know an older person who prefers a flip mobile phone, and refuses to get a smart phone. She's otherwise young and hip, but does not care to have the distraction of carrying around and staring at a small computer. Still picks up a hard copy of the Daily News every day. My 96 year old mother refused our offers to get her a laptop or tablet when she was in her 70s, and preferred to read books, do crossword puzzles, read newspapers the old fashioned way.And I am glad to be wrong so far. Also, as someone that works at a company trying to go all digital, I am always curious on reason folks still get paper tickets. A lot of the reasons (ex. easier to pass out to others) actually are reasons why the app is better. I get older generations like paper but I am 58 and have gone digital, streaming, etc. years ago.
Same hereAnyone else having issues getting the tickets from the Rutgers app into a Galaxy Wallet? It let's me move the Howard tickets and parking but none of the other games...
Ok, buttercup. Are they? Why would they be?
Very strange comment.
It is obvious you are implying that you are talking about me.
I am not a victim of NJ.com or Star Ledgers abusive reporting practices.
I am not a victim of officials' incompetence of bias.
I am just a witness... and an honest one who doesn't withhold his opinion to satisfy others' opinions of what is acceptable... unless it would directly harm someone... spare their feelings.
You clearly cannot say the same. You could watch poor treatment by officials and say nothing.. because others might call you a whiner. Not only that. But you somehow feel a need to make sure no one else speaks up. How sad for you.
As mentioned before, I get paper tickets for a group of nine, which is for 4 different familiesAnd I am glad to be wrong so far. I get a lot of things delivered, and I find FedEx as the company that has delays, or screws up the mostYeah, I think it'll actually be FedEx.
Not that their any better. Back in the day when all tickets were sent via FedEx, I get an email saying "your package has been delivered". Go outside ... no tickets. Call FedEx ... they try and contact the driver who has gone home for day ... blah blah blah. Next day, neighbor across the street and one house down comes over ... I think this is for you. FedEx delivered over $1,000 worth of tickets to the wrong house. Nice job.
Yup. UPS is great. FEDEX is often late. USPS seems more reliableI get a lot of things delivered, and I find FedEx as the company that has delays, or screws up the most
All good points. You can individually transfer via the app as well, but I agree handing out a ticket when together is easier. I don't miss the days of mailing tickets/parking passes and hoping the package was delivered. As mentioned before, I get paper tickets for a group of nine, which is for 4 different families
One reason is sometimes someone can't make it and asks to see if we can sell it outside
I think selling a paper ticket is an easier thing than transferring to a strangers phone
We have a lot of exchanging and just handing over the ticket
amongst us, hand it over and you're done
If you have, 4 people in your group, you have to go in together, if all on same phone account. here, you go in with your ticket
Just my opinion
My group tailgates so I hand out tickets and parking passes at a prearranged meeting spot first gameAll good points.
