To your point, she does not appear entirely healthy, whatever the underlying cause may be. Given such an appearance, really any such contagious respiratory illness (Covid, influenza, etc.) could be more serious than for the average young, healthy person.

These judges should 100% be financially, and maybe criminally, liable when they knowingly go soft on these repeat offenders and the offenders go on to hurt people. I am 1000% in favor of the victims being able to sue the judges themselves (not the state/city/country they work for) into oblivion, and if the offender is a violent felon, then they should face charges as well as a giant f*cking lawsuit.
These judges are doing so much damage to our society and act with complete impunity because they are a “judge”. F*ck that. There needs to be legislation passed very quickly that lets them be punished for the decisions they knowingly make regarding repeat offenders.
