Nice to see there is bonafide fan engagement beyond the Beefsteak. Maybe Felt and Sha have seen the light. Moving away from the low profile is no profile mantra. This can't be a one off. Connections are made over time by demonstrating your care about your "clients" - i.e. fans and ticket holders. A positive first start. The key is the follow through across the season.

Can anyone who was there give some actual feedback on how the players looked rather than just blowing the administration over a perfunctory fan event that is the bare minimum?
It was a well done event. Overall guys were a little sloppy but it’s early September and they are still learning one another. I thought Simpkins and Fisher were very solid. Jacob Dar shot the 3 well during the 2nd half of the scrimmage. Budd clerk is super quick and can get into the lane at will. PG play will definitely be improved. Not great from distance as a team but again it was a short scrimmage and it was early. Free throws much improved. Overall nice event team was great to talk to and coaches walked around and interacted with the fans. Well done by the athletic administration.

Hey, Dan, would it be possible for you to link the fundraising website to the top of the board?

Why does everything have to get criticized like this? People went and liked it. Cant this just be accepted.
And in those particular terms? I can't recall seeing that kind of phraseology when @Halldan was in charge. Guess the new sheriff is only interested in settling old scores.
