Hardly proven in this league, was not very good at DePaul, and, oh by the way, he is 0-20 in the Big East.

I hope Fisher does well, in fact we need him to do well. But he’s no Dre. The last two teams Davis has played in have won over 50 combined games and he’s been integral to all of that success.
I think Fisher will be able to get buckets. Even in the BE or against high majors on a fairly consistent basis. Whether he can do that efficiently, and whether he can do all the other stuff is an open question IMO. And to what extent his ability to get a bucket is offset by what doesn’t happen on the defensive end and on the glass.
He averaged 10 and 4 as a soph shooting 52% those numbers are really solid for a soph.
Heaven forbid if soneone posts overenthusiastic things about a seton hall player. What do they think this is, a fan forum?
That's only half the game, his defense was atrocious.
He has awesome athletic ability. Plays very good defense and has a big time motor. Yet as a 5 star player he never reached the heights predicted. Let's see if he can approach that this year.

He's never been rated positive defensively on bad teams, either at DePaul or Pacific.
Hard to stand out on bad teams either offensively or defensively.
From what I have seen to date, albeit against inferior competition I like both his effort and results with the one caveat, he must do a better job staying with his man instead of sloughing off on the weakside.

Fisher has been among the worst defensive players on every team he’s played on. And that includes Texas Tech, which wasn’t a l bad defensive team when he was there.
He has the tools to be good on D, let’s see if Shaheen can unlock them. A lot of times, good defense is just about effort.

Basing what I have seen to date. Plays hard, stays in front of his man and doesn't allow penetration. Good and aggressive defensive rebounder and is playing slower players now at the 4 as opposed to the wing with the strength to keep them of the boards.
