I know you mean well… but you’ve been posting the same old ******** for a month or more.
I’m sure it’s the sting of this loss, but please consider sparing the rest of us your insufferable posts in the future.
I can't think about next season at this point. Very hard to recover from this game. The guys gave a high-end performance until the last couple of minutes. I'll try to take the high road and be grateful we may come in 5th with a possible 4th place finish after last season. I guess that's progress. Best I have at the moment.
Anyone trying to say " Oh it's little kids you exceeded expecations." No this team is more pathetic than a team we knew that would suck like last year. For me they PROVE and SHOW ME they are much better than the record but don't care. This team is more insulting than a trash team like last years team or our NIT team. Our NIT team missed and failed to get job done but we didn't lose not just one but several insulting games by choking.
The fact we can't even SWEEP this pathetic version of Creighton is PROOF this program does not care. This is insulting to me. Losses like this show the mentality of this program and we have been seeing this for years. The choking is another level though, but that's again the proof about the mentality of this team.

Probably the worst take ever. Last year was an unwatchable team. No matter the painful losses like this one and St John’s, we are able to watch this team and enjoy the play. Just dumb to compare it
Problem is knowing you are up like 15 against St Johns and were up 10 with less than four minutes against the worst Creghton team in years and you choke both games pathetically. Problem is this team is losing these games for free. I feel team is much better even if we are outside the bubble, but they are giving it away either cause the guys are so pathetically arrogant or even worse helping betters with their money line and throwing away games for me.
I just watch these guys and it's more disappointing than watching trash cause they are giving away potential they already have for sad pathetic reasons. I'm goin to be harsh cause this fanbase wants to see something promising since 2020. Even the 2022 tourney team didn't feel that great. So all the fake goodwill beating trash like Rutgers and K-state doesn't move me because it was all purposely set up to make these guys with egos look good.
It's up to them. If they want to give us good grace again, they have beat either one of UCONN and St Johns and I'm being nice cause they beat them both if they want to even have a chance at the tourney.
The next 3 teams we play all have a big east win percentage .308. Based on our level of play how confident are you that we will win all 3? How realistic is the possibility of losing all 3? We are 1-2 against them so far. Loading up with a super soft schedule and piling up wins vs bad teams has everyone overlooking how bad we look when we’re not pressing
This is definitely a soft spot. But I think Providence is deceiving. I don’t like trashing young coaches who forgot more about their job than I could ever know, but English has done a poor job IMO. The Friars aren’t good defensively at all, but they have major offensive talent surrounding a 7 footer who isn’t a stiff.
