Burgers are like pizza. A million ways to make them and way too many great ones to narrow it down.
That's right. The best burger I ever had was one made by my grandfather. He mixed spices, bread, ketchup, and lots of secret stuff. Nice greasy and tasty.

Meers burger in Meers Oklahoma. It is big, taste great, and everything is freshly made.

I'll second this. I've been working in Lawton, OK for a month now and Meers Burgers are fantastic. They restaurant owner has their own longhorn cattle farm and uses that meat for their burgers. It is ground fresh every morning. The restaurant itself is an old mining building or some ****. It's really cool. Plus amazing cobbler and ice cream.

Station Burger in Murray is ground with bacon. Good burger. The original is in Paducah but I haven't been to that one. Also, and somebody needs to help me with the spelling, but I remember another roadside burger spot near LBL that was good. Beleau's or Belews, I think.

Belews is gawd awful. Thin *** frozen patties that are disgusting. Not worth the 45-60 minute wait.

The best Ferrell's burgers are when the old fat lady at the grill smashes the meat wad with her arm pit.

My best friend growing up Dad told us this exact same story and I believed him for a while. I did not, however, understand his explanation for how the doughnuts were made

You may have whatever you want (or don't want) on them, learn how to order food.

Technically this is true (regarding Feralls) but unless you tell them otherwise you are getting mustard, onions, pickles. Most grownups hell the server what they want on their burgers but whatever. Those burgers are the tits.

No idea where Meers is in regard to OKC, but hit up Nic's in OKC if you get a chance. A fantastic burger, it's only M-F though.

Was back down that way a few weeks ago to pick up a wedding present for Jr, of course a stop to WM was on the itinerary. Hit up a Diner for breakfast with homemade pop tarts that were excellent.
