Was down in New Brunswick tonight. Oregon goes down to RU in OT. Seven points but fouled out. Would be great if he came back east next year.

He was at the nova game so that didn’t help the cause. Hopefully his brother can land him for Sha

Isn't he a senior? Does he have another year of eligibility?
TK played 1 year at Jr college, 2 years at Elon and now 1 at Oregon. TJ played 2 at Jr College (but didn’t play one year), 1 at Elon and 1 at SHU. So if Jr college no longer counts against eligibility, both could have some left after this season.

Terrible call. But that begs the question, do you allow Oregon to shoot the second three without fouling at the 6 second mark?

I know Boeheim would never allow Oregon to take that shot. What say you?

I can’t stand how eager referees are to call fouls. They assume there’s a foul every single play and jump at the slightest thing to blow the whistle.

it should be the opposite, they should assume everything is clean and need irrefutable evidence to blow their whistle
I didn't watch the game but just checked the box score and saw that RU took 34 foul shots. Sounds like the refs might have been whistle crazy. I agree with you, within reason just let the players play.

I'm an advocate for fouling up 3 but it needs to be the right scenario. Under 7 seconds to play, you have competent inbound play/free throw shooter, other team has no time outs.

that is about the worst call ever. i can see anticipating the RU guy gets fouled but not the rebounder

I thought they called a lane violation. Egregious to call a foul there and reward Oregon for missing a simple box out. Even if it was a foul (and it wasn’t) you let it go in that situation.
