That’s a very nice compliment to Sha. No one knows better how hard this job is than his BE brethren coaches. Maybe a small part is a mea culpa for the pre season predictions.

COY in two leagues in his 8 seasons. Pretty, pretty good.
This is a successful season! We drubbed Rutgers, won 20 games, 10 BE games, and finished better than seven other teams.
League was pretty brutal though the bottom was not as bad as most seasons more diversity in the bottom 2/3s
Rutgers is a token feel good tradition game it has little value
You gotta beat who is ahead of you. Nothing is continuous anymore either, let’s see what the league is next year.
We were a pretty typical .500 team in a league, but atypical in how extreme we played. I left a bit disappointed we went 0-6 against the winning teams and then also lost to bad games at home to Butler and DePaul, but we were relevant.
The award screams at you what they know he’s overcome just to get us to 10-10 from 2-18. My God, we went 2-18. Still can’t believe it, lol.
NYSG: The value is personal. It gives me mental serenity living among many RU faithful.
