Important questions: Does the end justify the means? Should the US be the power tasked with removing dictators and, if so, shouldn't Congress be driving that? Or, are we happy with Congress delegating its Article I powers to 1 person (or very small group of people).
I am not concerned about the politics and more concerned with the process of it. I don't care to get into a strategy/motivation argument nor do I care how Biden, Obama, Bush, or Clinton would have gone about things either. I've been waiting decades for one of the "but the Constitution!!!1" parties to pretend that it exists or pretend that they respect the separation of powers that the founders built into the document for good reason.
