This is my first post here since the Rivals days- I hadn't realized rivals folded into here. Nonethelesss....

On the Rivals board I had been ranting and raving about Seton Hall's inability to raise the necessary money for the basketball program to be successful. We have no football program, Seton Hall has always had a proud basketball tradition, and New Jersey has been a great basketball state at the grassroots levels. Last year was brutal! I wasn't sure if we would ever be back. When revenue sharing was announced, I stated that Seton Hall University should go all-in and turn this basketball program not only back into relevance, but eventually, a consistent top 25 team. BASKETBALL is OUR sport! We are blessed to not have football, like Rutgers does as they waste millions of dollars merely trying to be average in B1G football. Zagoria and Carino have reported that between revenue sharing ($4 million) and NIL fundraising ($1.5 million) we are roughly around $6 million in spending. This is fantastic and we are back! We are competitive again. The next step is to continue raising that number up. Bring back key players on this team like a young, budding star in Najai Hines and continue to add to it in the off-season. There is no reason why Seton Hall can't realize its full potential and become a team that lives in the top 25 every season.

Spend the money! $2-3 more million dollars in spending will result in even more wins and more success. The more we win, the more advertising we get, the more tickets we sell, the more merchandise we sell, the more school applications come in, the more opportunities we will get for tournaments like Players Era and NIL opportunities for the guys. Yes! I love the increase in spending so much! There is a buzz to the program again because the school is committed! Next season it will be time to commit even more. Go all the way for it! a $9-10 million dollar budget, with an excellent coach like Sha, can have us dreaming of Final Fours! Imagine the return on their $9-10 million dollar investment the school will get if we are top 25 and making NCAAT runs every single year! They will be swimming in money and making it hand over fist, and us fans and alumni will be so happy!

Yes! Keep spending! Keep it going! Go Seton Hall! We are back, baby! Happy Thanksgiving!!
