Good individuals at certain things, but a terrible team. They don't seem to know how to play as a team.
This team is terrible. And now add to it poor effort by a few. They just don't know how to play basketball.
Failure to run a fluid offense isn't unique to this team. WVU's offenses have been atrocious for more than a decade.
Even the successful teams were "complimented" by analysts for their best offense being an O rebound or steal. In other words, those analysts were saying WVU's halfcourt offense was ****. And it was. And it still is.

McNeil......what is up with him? Is he perhaps one of the ones Huggs was talking about? He won't shoot. He keeps passing it off even when he is off the dribble for a pullup jumper. Huggs yanked him and simply said "shoot the ball".
Clear the bench and get the kids some time for real. No senior should play the second half. And if they quit, so be it. They are terrible

Hopefully, there will be only 2 or 3 survivors. The rest of this team needs to go. We need to hit the transfer portal and get about 7 new players next year. And somebody needs to tell Huggs that you use the portal to get guys with basketball skills, not a bunch of guys who, well, stunk at bad programs.

Yep. He plays like he's quit. Maybe he hasn't, but it surely doesn't look like the same guy from the 11-1 team.
