I have been to numerous Pitt-WVU football games at Pitt and the announced attendance is typically 10,000 to 20,000 higher than butts in the seats. We use to bring our own Pitt fans, so we would have some to abuse.
If you were playing in Oakland the answer would be no.
You'd already have 2 fouls on you before tip-off.
Just to make it fair for the yinzers.
With Haley playing 35 or so we win by 35 or so, without the hometown referees of course.
Miss very few games. They’re within a few thousand. Now if you said at the end of the 3rd quarter that’s different. You realize WVU sucks right? Like haven’t been very good for awhile.
Pitt plays football in the ACC. Even Boston College wins in the ACC and Kansas beat them by 30.

You know the difference between Pitt and WVU is not much except Pitt plays a garbage football schedule. The talent difference in basketball is striking. Don't think Capel will get it done for you. As for attendance, your honesty rep takes another hit.
Time tells all. We’ll see in a couple of years where Capel has the program. WVU way ahead of Pitt hoops now no doubt. I like their team but wonder about the PG play in top 15 match ups down the road.
