I think saban is a great coach but anybody can get players at LSU or bama. He has to be top 5 to me

Same here. He went to the worst team in the nation and built a winner. His impact on the city and his attitude toward his team reminds me of someone. Hopefully we can be as lucky.
I agree, He has done an amazing job. If you look at what Snyder, Beamer have done with programs that were bottom of the barrel 30 years, it proves it "can be done" just about anywhere.
Don't know if I'd include FSU in that list, because Florida's population size makes them a natural winner. You have to work a lot harder in small population states like Mississippi and Kansas.
Not only has Snyder built up a powerhouse, he's done it twice. Few coaches seem to be as good or better the second time around.
Plus... It's not football area.
His recipe the first time was jucos and dumb down the schedule. If our history is bad, theirs was abysimal.
