So he will let so very few people see the team that is going to be a joy to watch. I love Sha but when the actions match the words he will earn back some of that cred.
Uptempo sounds nice and would seem like the way to go with this roster but it also lends itself to a lot of turnovers, which many of these players are very familiar with.
While it sounds nice that Sha may be more open, it's all about the wins. Put up or shut up.
His being so positive about how he got all of these exciting guards in the portal makes sense since they were a dime a dozen. The case could be made that the only reason this happened was because the talented bigs that we needed and could afford were either scooped up early or we could not afford them.
So by necessity Sha had to go guard oriented in the portal. Let's see how this works out with his defensive and offensive schemes. His coaching will be more under the microscope this season. Let's hope and pray he can deliver better results with the team he built.
Halldan is optimistic and so are others that have watched them practice so there is reason for me to be too but I am worried.
