Texas CB Nigel Pringle commits to Arkansas
Houston (Texas) North Shore cornerback Nigel Pringle announced his commitment to Arkansas on Monday.
The 6-foot-1, 180-pound Pringle strongly considered Kansas among others. He becomes commit No. 17 for head coach Sam Pittman and the Razorbacks in this 2025 class.
“The coaching staff man,” Pringle said of why he pledged to the Razorbacks. “Everything about them. Talking to the whole coaching staff from offense to defense they made me feel like I was there already. “
On3 ranks Pringle as the No. 90 cornerback in the country. He had three interceptions as a junior and took his official to Fayetteville the weekend of June 14.

“I had a connection with the players already,” Pringle said. “I still talk to them to this day ever since I went up there.
“It just felt like home from the start from the jump. As I got there I felt more comfortable there than anything. I didn’t feel like I was on a visit anymore. I felt I was already there.
“I feel like I fit in there. I’ll play there. I like the community there.”
Coach Deron Wilson and Coach Marcus Woodson led the charge in recruiting Pringle to Arkansas.
“I see what those guys are trying to build,” Pringle said. “As I went through their defensive scheme saw how those guys operate I felt I’d fit in there.”
