Former Colorado State TE Vince Brown signs with Missouri

Former Colorado State tight end Vince Brown signed with Missouri out of the NCAA transfer portal, On3 has learned.
Brown finished the 2024 season with 24 catches, 256 yards and three touchdowns. He logged just four catches in 2023, his first season at Colorado State after JUCO.
As a member of the Class of 2020, Brown was not ranked, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He played his high school football at Rich Central Campus in Glen Ellyn (Ill.).

Catalon originally played for Arkansas for a couple of seasons out of high school. He then transferred to Texas for the 2023 season and spent 2024 with UNLV.
Catalon played in 13 games this past season for UNLV. He finished with 96 tackles, five tackles for loss, two sacks, one forced fumble, five interceptions and four pass breakups.
As a member of the Class of 2019, Catalon was a four-star recruit out of Mansfield (Texas) Legacy, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He was the No. 33 overall prospect in the state, the No. 28 safety in the class and the No. 261 overall prospect in the class.
