Bret Michaels to fly Matt Corral's parents to Ole Miss vs. Vanderbilt game

This sounds like nothin’ but a good time. Former Poison frontman Bret Michaels is flying Matt Corral’s parents to Ole Miss senior day on Saturday.
Michaels released a statement Friday night saying Corral’s parents, Liz and Peter, will be in attendance for Saturday’s game against Vanderbilt. It could be Corral’s last game in an Ole Miss uniform if he decides to test the NFL Draft this year.
“I wanted to surprise the Corrals, as they are great family friends,” Michaels said. “Knowing the chaos of holiday air travel, I wanted to ensure that Liz and Peter could make it to what may be their son’s last home game at Ole Miss. So, I was excited to offer this gesture to two incredible parents who we are honored to call good friends.”
Corral is having quite a year for the Rebels and is a big reason why they’re 8-2. He’s third in the SEC with 277.4 passing yards per game, and is Ole Miss’ second-leading rusher with 52.3 rushing yards per game. He isn’t too far behind Henry Parrish Jr.’s 52.9 rush yards per game.

Corral has put himself in conversation for the Heisman Trophy, and Ole Miss has started making the push for him to win the award. He can add to his resume on Saturday when the Rebels take on Vanderbilt in their last home game of the season.
Matt Corral has fourth-best odds to win Heisman Trophy
There are only a few more weeks left of the 2021 season for one player to separate in the race for the Heisman. The odds out of Las Vegas show a hotly contested competition at the top, followed by a long list of long shots.
While Alabama quarterback Bryce Young remains ahead in the odds for the 2021 Heisman Trophy, as he has almost all season. However, there’s a close battle for the No. 2 spot. Michigan State running back Kenneth Walker III and Ohio State QB C.J. Stroud have even odds to win the Heisman after week 11. Walker surpassed Stroud last week but the two are neck and neck again, with Matt Corral close behind in fourth.
Check out who Vegas Insider is giving the best odds at taking the podium ahead of Week 12.
