The 34th annual Corky Kell + Dave Hunter High School Football Classic began on Wednesday this past week with games at Kell High School. The four-day classic concludes today with four games at the home of the NFL’s Atlanta Falcons’ Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

Rivals will be at the Benz all throughout the day with live game and score updates so follow along to cap one of the nation’s top high school football kickoff classics.

Douglas County runs out the clock and takes the victory

The Bulldogs became beneficiaries of a bad Douglas County punt, but had trouble moving the ball inside of the Tigers’ 5-yard line. Multiple penalties aided the possession as North Gwinnett was trying valiantly to punch in a touchdown. It would be the Tigers’ defense that stepped up to the occasion and stopped the Bulldogs.
