Are we sure he wasn’t in possession of a POT? Like….a cooking pot? Because - 2 pounds of pot (the smoking variety) is insanity.

My opinion... 1. It's a clear rule and against the law....if you have that many million of dollars riding on you...show some self-control. BUT.... 2. If he was just smoking it? Then who gives AF. That's not my business. But... 3. If he was operating a criminal enterprise....then yeah the police needed to be involved.
