About time. Guy cares about his career. Happy for him and the broncos. Don’t worry there is a pop warner coach somewhere who will fit the criteria HCDS looks for and be will be awarded 1.5mm +

Smart move on his part, and doesn’t even need to uproot the family. Getting outa this mess while he’s still in demand. Another 3-9 year under Deion, and his value might be tainted.

Congrats to him on the promotion. Happy with the job he did year 1. Year 2, not so much

I guess I can’t tell if PGC is an upgrade or downgrade from DB coach, particularly if you’re the DC at a P4 school where your potential natural progression would DC at a higher profile school or HC someplace.I could be mistaken but I believe he was "just" a DB position coach with the Bungles.
