Tron Baker would be a helluva story. Might go down as one of my favorites if he balls out. Considered a freshman phenom as a high school teammate of Makai Lemon. Commits to SC in September of 2023. Then flies under the radar as a recruit. Comes in as the 6TH HIGHEST RATED RECEIVER in USC’s 2026 recruiting class but never wavered and balls out. To be the first to commit and then stick through all the other wr commitments and succeed, he’s an animal. Rooting for him.

Overcame quite a bit of adversity, amazing kid. Agree with you about the great story.

Love that tron is showing out, was a big fan of his game since I first watched his film. I wonder how the pecking order of the receivers and db’s goes as there’s a lot of good talent that won’t want to sit for just nothing. Not mad at the patience of Riley on qb, don’t want just anybody here- reminds me of when we entered the raiola race for a lil while- because qb here is prestigious. Personally I’m for the kid from img but who knows

hope jailen hill is the other corner but i’d personally just combine the money for both and go after pole or gavin

I remember the commitment….a skinny, “no name”, low-rated WR committing early. It was met with a lot of indifference here and even a reference to a likely future induced “push out” later in the recruiting cycle. He held firm✌️😎 .
