At this stage, I would lean to it being more like 80-20 with Wade being NC State's coach next season. I'm not putting too much stock in the LSU rumors, especially since they've still not fired their current coach either.

I put at 95 to 5 that WW is State's coach. WW statements from when State was pursuing him to post season statement have been positive for State and throwing shade on LSU. Also WW has made statements that states State is a better job and fan support. Go Pack

This guy is brutally honest as we’ve all talked about on here and in other threads. He was as transparent as possible - more than any coach maybe ever? - last season this time with McNeese. I think there’s no way he is at LSU for next season. I think he’d be rather telling if that were the case. Now, after year 2? Who knows. That probably depends a lot on next season. And TBH - right now with everything that we have seen - I’d be okay with him leaving later on. While I like him as a coach and think he’s a sharp and respected guy, nothing this season was better than what our last two coaches have done. Actually was worse. If he were to leave in year 2,3,4 - give me Justin Gainey and someone who knows what this job REALLY is.

80% is More reassuring at least. Not meaning to sound negative and scared, just tired of seeing people sending me screenshots of opinions on it even seemingly credible enough people like Trilly and James. Ready to hit the road running in the portal and knowing nothing is changing.

I made the mistake of doubting James, but he nailed the Mbiya/Sagnia/Lubin thing. Just bizzare, and I don’t follow their board at all - but no doubt if he is saying that he has a reliable source

Shade was at the admin, not LSU. He and his family loved it in Baton Rouge. Now he'd have his old friendly McNeese admins around him plus Jeff Landry.
