Los Angeles (Calif.) Chaminade three-star linebacker <a href="https://www.on3.com/db/isaiah-chisom-153341/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Isaiah Chisom</a> revealed his commitment date on Sunday night. He will be announcing his college decision on Aug. 27.



Chisom is the No. 1,224 overall prospect and No. 110 linebacker in the <a href="https://www.on3.com/db/rankings/consensus-player/football/2023/">2023 On3 Consensus</a>, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 112 player in California.

 The 6-foot-1, 220 pound prospect <a href="https://www.on3.com/news/los-angeles-lb-isaiah-chisom-names-top-5-schools/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">previously announced a top five</a> of <a href="https://www.on3.com/college/california-golden-bears/">California</a>, <a href="https://www.on3.com/college/fresno-state-bulldogs/">Fresno State</a>, <a href="https://www.on3.com/college/oregon-state-beavers/">Oregon State</a>, <a href="https://www.on3.com/teams/usc-trojans/">USC</a> and <a href="https://www.on3.com/college/utah-utes/">Utah</a>. He also <a href="https://www.on3.com/college/indiana-hoosiers/news/3-star-lb-isaiah-chisom-offered-by-indiana/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">recently received an offer from</a> <a href="https://www.on3.com/college/indiana-hoosiers/football/2023/commits/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Indiana</a>.



According to the <a href="https://www.on3.com/db/isaiah-chisom-153341/recruiting/168779/rpm/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine</a>, the Beavers have a commanding lead for Chisom’s commitment at 92.2%. The Trojans have the next-best odds at 3.9%, while the Golden Bears have the third-highest chance at 3.3%.

RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with <a href="https://spiny.ai/">Spiny.ai</a> to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college. 



It factors in machine learning, social sentiment, visits and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.



Chisom has taken two official visits during his recruiting process. The first was to Oregon State on June 3 and the second was to California on June 16.



Chisom has an On3 NIL Valuation of <a href="https://www.on3.com/db/isaiah-chisom-153341/nil/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">$12.9K</a>. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
